Sassy Wink LLC - Terms & Conditions for Online Course Enrollment

Effective Date: March 10, 2025

By purchasing an online course from Sassy Wink LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

1. Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within seven (7) days.
• Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be honored.
• No refunds will be issued if you later determine that you are unable to legally offer the services covered in the course due to licensing regulations.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests) may result in denial of future refunds and restriction from purchasing future courses.

2. Payment, Certification & Course Access

• If you enroll using a payment plan, you must complete all payments before receiving any certificate of completion.
• Course access is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased it.
• Educational Use Only: Completing this course does not guarantee certification, licensure, or legal authorization to perform microblading, permanent makeup, lash lift, tint, brow lamination, or eyelash extensions.
• It is your sole responsibility to check with the regulatory agencies in your state, province or country to determine whether additional training, certification, or licensure is required before practicing.

3. No Warranties or Guarantees

By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:

• Sassy Wink LLC does not guarantee any specific results, income, skill level, or business success from completing this training.
• This course is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• No Liability for Injuries or Damages: You assume all risks associated with practicing techniques taught in this course. Sassy Wink LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, financial loss, or legal issues resulting from your use of this training.
• Independent Practice: You agree that you will only practice these techniques in a safe, legal, and compliant manner. We do not oversee how you apply the information learned.
• No Guarantees: This course provides education only. We do not certify that you are qualified or legally permitted to work on human skin.

5. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

• All course materials, including videos, PDFs, manuals, and training guides, are protected by copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Sassy Wink LLC.
• You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or grant access to any portion of the course to others.
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and legal action may be pursued.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
• Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring disputes valued under $3,500 in Arizona small claims court, but no class action lawsuits are permitted.
• Attorney’s Fees: In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing a course, you:
 Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
 Understand that no certification, licensure, or legal authorization is guaranteed.
 Accept full responsibility for checking and complying with the licensing laws and regulations in your state, province, or country.
 Release Sassy Wink LLC from any and all liability related to your use of the training.
 Agree not to share or redistribute course materials.
