Sassy Wink Academy LLC Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and enrolling in our membership courses offered through Sassy Wink Academy LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Membership and Payment Terms

1.1. Membership Access: By subscribing to our membership, you will have access to all our courses in professional eyelash extensions, microblading, powder ombre brow, brow lamination and tint, lash lift and tint, and brow design.

1.2. Monthly Payments: The membership fee is billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

1.3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you will be billed one final payment. This final payment allows you continued access to the courses for an additional 30 days from the date of the final payment.

After the additional 30 days, your access to the courses will be terminated.

2. Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee on all our memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within seven days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. Refunds will not be granted after the seven-day period has expired.

3. Responsibility for Compliance with Local Regulations

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable rules, regulations, certifications, and licensure requirements in your state, county, or province. Sassy Wink Academy LLC provides education in eyelash and eyebrow services, but we do not guarantee that the courses will meet the regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend that you check with your local regulatory authorities before purchasing and enrolling in our courses. Sassy Wink Academy LLC will not be held responsible if you later discover that you cannot offer the services where you reside. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sassy Wink Academy LLC is not responsible for any harm, damage, or injury that you may cause to a model, client, or any third party as a result of taking our courses. Our courses are designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills, but the application and execution of these skills are solely your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sassy Wink Academy LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the training received from our courses.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of Sassy Wink Academy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without the prior written consent of Sassy Wink Academy LLC.

You agree to use the course materials for lawful purposes only. You shall not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the course materials. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of our courses.

7. Course Access and Updates

Upon subscribing to a membership, you will have access to the course materials for as long as your membership is active. Sassy Wink Academy LLC reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time without prior notice.

8. No Guarantees of Results

Sassy Wink Academy LLC makes no guarantees or promises regarding the results you may achieve from taking our courses. Your success depends on various factors, including your skill level, dedication, and adherence to the techniques taught in the courses.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution*

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, AZ.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sassy Wink Academy LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our courses constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
